Gilmore, a two-time Patriot League Coach of the Year, has a 60-64 record in 11 seasons with the Crusaders, including 35-31 in league games. His tenure has been highlighted by the 2009 campaign in which Holy Cross went 9-3 overall, won the Patriot League title and advanced to the FCS playoffs. Holy Cross finished 4-8 this season.
